Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all you pretty Mommas out there! 

I hope today is incredibly special for every single one of you. Being a mom is not easy but its the most rewarding job ever. I could never really grasp how much my mother truly loved me until I had Aubrey. Its love without ending, its love you just cant even finish to explain. Lately I have found myself playing guilt trips in my head because I screamed at Aubrey to harsh or didn't kiss her enough and list goes on and on. I have realized that no matter how hard I try to be the perfect mother to her because that's just how much I love her I will always come out short. I can only pray that God will show me where I need to change, give me patience and grace and He will direct my path and my steps. I know I am not the perfect mother but I really do hope that Aubrey thinks I am doing a great job! 

This is a little something my Princess made me:

My Mothers Day was amazing! We all got together at my parents house and BBQ. The kids all ran wild playing together and the grown ups gathered around the kitchen telling stories. I love my family!

Dear Friday, I am soooooo super duper happy you are here! Its the end of the month and every one and their momma wants to close before the month ends. I need a brake!

 

Dear Shrine Circus, we had so much fun last night. Aubrey, Paisley, Jennifer and I had a grand ole time sitting in the VIP area. It was so worth the money! Aubrey wouldn't stop dancing and said hi to every single clown. Pictures coming to the blog soon.

 

Dear Cherry on Top, OMG you are so good to be so cheap! :) No pun intended! This past weekend I was kid free so I was cleaning, crafting, took a ride on my bike and still I couldn't get my mind to unwind so I ran to our local groceries store and found you. To say the least you did the trick and you were only $7.99 and on sale!

 

Dear Aubrey, I love you so much. Every single day that passes I love you more and more. You are so fun, funny, out going, smart and vibrant. I hope you think I am doing a good job being your Mommy. I feel so blessed every time I see your smiling face and lately you have been calling me "MOM" with such an urge in your voice that just makes my heart melt. I love you!

 

Dear cowgirl boots, I miss you! Now that I work for a "corporate" office I can only wear high heels which I LOVE don't get me wrong but I think I LOVE you just a little but more!

 

 

Hope you all have a GREAT weekend! I cant wait to slip my boots on, pour me a glass of Cherry on Top and hang out with my Baybay. <3

 

 

Strawberry Pickin' at Froberg's Farm

I surprised the girls and took them to Froberg's Farm. Froger's Farm is about an hour and a half away from where we are at so it was a little road trip. We took the back way there and the scenery was amazing! I love driving on country roads with the country music blarrin' that's actually one of my favorite things to do and its kinda like therapy to me.

The girls had amazing time picking strawberries. The weather was cool and breazy just perfect for strawberry pickin'. Notice Aubrey's strawberry dress. I think we might so this every year. It's moments like this that I love! I cant wait to start baking and trying new recipes.

The girls (Aubrey and Kathy, my little sister) took a road trip to Froberg's Farm. We picked strawberries and enjoyed the farm life. I thought there wouldn't be much of a difference in the strawberries at the farm and the strawberries we buy at the store but OMG was I wrong. These strawberries are AMAZING! Pictures of our trip coming soon.

I believe Aubrey is ready for Summer... lately she has been insisting on wearing a swim suite to take a bath. Why not?!?!?!

So is it just me or has this month of September just flown by?

I'm loving, my sweet princess Aubrey. I love being her mommy and everything that comes with it. Although lately she has just been a toot! and she has been sick (which I don't like).

I'm loving, my praise and worship Pandora station BUT I just found this station and I love listening to it on my way to work because they have great pastors speaking. I mean I cant think of a better way to start my day.


I'm loving, that Fall is here! Oh yes I am doing my happy dance. I have started decorating the house. Here is a picture I bring out every year that not only am I loving but brings great memories.

BLAH! It's in 2 days the 28th of September. Happy Birthday to me!

Aaannnd Pop pop's birthday is today. Happy Birthday Pop pop! We love and miss you. I am sorry I didn't get to say goodbye. I truly admired you and the love you had for Nana. Even though I never met her I could tell how much you loved her by the way you talked about her and how your face would light up when her name was mentioned. Please watch over Aubrey.
